Lytle Smith

Lytle Smith is the Senior Managing Director of Sentio Investments. In her role, Mrs. Smith is primarily responsible for the firm’s asset management platform.

Prior to joining Sentio, she was a Vice President at Harrison Street, the largest private owner of senior housing real estate in the United States. Before Harrison Street, Mrs. Smith was a Director of Asset Management at Ventas (NYSE: VTR), an S&P 500 company and real estate investment trust. She began her career in healthcare real estate as a financial analyst for CNL, after 3 years as an analyst in the High Yield Trading group at Bank of America Securities in New York City.
